We break cycles of unhappiness
I help disgruntled couples, frustrated parents, and anxious business owners. Human beings are social and require environments that make them feel valuable, understood, protected.
I completed my Master's degree in Counseling at Bethune-Cookman University with over a decade of experience in the Mental Health field. I previously worked in crisis response/prevention, intensive outpatient, homeless prevention, substance abuse treatment, inpatient hospitalization, and in-school setting. Through my experience I've learned that the value of healthy relationships cannot be replaced.
